Mohannad Bhuiyan (Romio) is a seasoned lawyer with over 10 years of experience spanning both in-house and private practice across Singapore, the Gulf region, the UK, and South Asia. His expertise covers corporate and commercial law, regulatory compliance, contract drafting and negotiation, M&A, intellectual property, and dispute resolution including litigation, arbitration and mediation. He has advised senior executives, boards, and investors on high-value transactions, managed complex cross-border matters, and played a key legal role in the $110 million merger of Sary (KSA) and ShopUp (Singapore) to form SILQ Group, a platform backed by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund, Sanabil Investments, and Valar Ventures.
Most recently, he also taught on the Barristers Training Course - LLM program in one of the leading law schools in Bristol, UK, specialising in International Commercial Law.
